The Florida House and Florida Senate is actively considering HB 1423 and SB 1438 that would fine, suspend, or revoke the license of any public lodging establishment or public food service establishment if the establishment admits a child to an adult live performance.
Florida Citizens Alliance and many of our strategic partners wholeheartedly support the bills; however, we are urging both chambers to expand the bill to prohibit live performances of sexually explicit material in public venues.
Please send this petition to your legislators urging them to support HB 1423 and SB 1438 and adopt the language.
