Freedom of Choice Comes to Interscholastic, Intrascholastic, and Extracurricular Activities
SB 190, SB 308, HB 225, and HB 259 are collectively groundbreaking legislation that would provide greater freedom of choice when it comes to Interscholastic, Intrascholastic, and Extracurricular Activities. These would allow more choice for schools to chart their own path when it comes to sports leagues and provide students outside of public schools greater access to activities.
The Florida Citizens Alliance strongly supports these bills. We ask each one of you to tell your State Representative and State Senator that you do as well by signing the petition.
